Sans Souci´s policies for Reservations and Cancellations:

• After the reservation has been confirmed, we require a deposit of 50% of the total amount per person and the remaining balance should be paid 60 days prior to the vacation departure date. If the reservation is made within 60 days prior to the vacation departure date, after we confirm the availability, we require a deposit of the total amount per person.
• Payments can be made either by money transfer to our bank account in the United States or with credit card using the paypal service.
• Cancellations must be notified via e mail.
• Cancellations made with a minimum of 90 days prior to the vacation departure date have no penalties.
• Cancellations made between 89 and 60 days prior to the vacation departure date have a handling charge of USD $100 per person.
• For cancellations made between 59 and 26 days prior to the vacation departure date, 50% of the total package rate will be forfeited.
• For cancellations made between 25 and 0 days prior to the vacation departure date, 100% of the total package rate will be fortified.
• If the passenger decides to make changes in the reservation, the details must be notified via e mail before 90 days prior to the vacation departure date. Sans Souci will do everything possible to make the changes in the reservation but we cannot assure they can be changed.
• Sans Souci will not be responsible for any airfare, tax, schedule, ports of departure, hour of arrival/departure and special programs changes without prior notice. In case of increase in basic services or new taxes impose by the Government, Sans Souci reserves the right to change this increase to the passenger before rendering service.
• Each passenger agrees to compensate in any case of penalties, fines, charges, losses and/or expenses incurred or imposed by virtue of any act, omission or violation of the law and for any damage made to the busses, ships, hotels, lodges or any property caused by any willful or negligent act or omission on the part of the passenger.
• We recommend to all passengers to have valid travel insurance before coming to Ecuador, this type of insurance is not included on any Sans Souci packages.
